Pre-Season Check List

1. Get Registered and pay all fees with the Soccer Complete all the forms below and return to Main Office (Click here for all Forms)
   - Letter to Parents
   - Athletic Packet
   - Winter Sports
   - Parent Student Consent
   - Camp Waiver
2. Complete Freshman Men Soccer 2008 Contact Form
3. Attend the Kick-Arounds on Sunday 6pm at Cal High
4. Attend Weight Training (Mondays and Wednesdays from 3-4)
