“More than one” is an important number because there are presently 40
Clubs that have one coach planning to attend. This is not the type of Clinic
to which a Club sends “one person” to report back to the other 5, 10, 20
or more coaches who did not attend. This is a clinic that you need to be there!

Coaches education is the # 2 priority for a successful NorCal Club! What is # 1 - and this is obviously an opinion? - the recruitment of young players who love our wonderful sport and who are willing join millions of players throughout the world as they reach for their dreams!

This type of player - often neglected in the past - is the bedrock on which
teams and programs must be built. Playing soccer at a high level, at any age,
requires both a love of our sport and an enjoyment of the physical demands needed to play well. It is the goal of NorCal to help every such young player be a member of a Club that has coaches and Club officials who also love soccer - and are well trained in the latest techniques for educating our young and motivated players.
