September 20th, 2008 by Derek Fox | Filed under News.The most expedient method of completing the CYSA State Cup, Association Cup or CYSA Founders’ Cup application process and to receive a speedy confirmation of the team’s acceptance into the Cup is to use the online application and payment system and to submit a scanned copy of the official of the team roster which includes the District Registrars stamp and a copy of the online entry receipt by email to kkillion@cysanorth.org in the Programs Department of the CYSA Office.
Applying using the online entry and payment system not only gives your team immediate email confirmation that your entry form and payment have been received, but it also allows the team application to be recorded in the electronic database and available for CYSA staff review and response in real time. Submitting the online application receipt and approved team roster by scanning and emailing allows staff to send an email response immediately after opening the email.
For early confirmation and peace of mind, PLEASE submit your application and follow up documents as early as possible.
